LOUIIE VICTA

Louiie Victa is a chef, recipe developer, food photographer and stylist based in Las Vegas.  She specializes in cookbook, commercial and editorial food and beverage photography.  

After working in professional kitchens for 20 years, Louiie finally merged her twin passions of the visual and culinary arts. She has done research and development EATER National and for their newly released cookbook, Eater: 100 Essential Restaurant Recipes from the Authority on Where to Eat and Why It Matters, Anova Culinary, Bon Appetit, and Butcher Box.  She frequently shoots architecture, food, and people for Eater Vegas. She has also worked with the James Beard Foundation as a book committee member for the 2022 Media Awards cycle.

In her free time, Louiie loves to turn her phone to airplane mode, work on her fine art food photography projects, travel, ride her mountain bike, do yoga, cook outdoors, and spend time with her naked cat, Dobby.
